How do I make my Dalaman Airport Reservation?

What happens after I make my Dalaman Airport  reservation? How does it work?
Have peace of mind. At the day of your arrival we will meet you at the “INDIVIDUAL MEETERS” part of the Dalaman Airport exit. Your driver will have a board with your name on it. Just relax and start enjoying your holiday. You are in good hands!

How can we meet at the Airport ?
Your driver will await your arrival at the airport “Individual Meeters Area” with a sign bearing your name. If your flight is delayed, the driver will be aware of this before he is dispatched to collect you. Once you are directed to our vehicle at the airport, you will then be driven in comfort and safety to your holiday destination.

Are Dalaman Transfer prices per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle.

How do we pay? Do you need any deposit at the time of reservation?
We DO NOT require any deposit. You pay the total cost when you arrive. We only accept cash in Euros, GBP, US Dollar and Turkish Lira.

What does Private Dalaman Airport transfer mean?
You do not have to share the vehicle with others. It is assigned only to your party.

Do you make stops along the way?
We do not make any planned stops. We will only stop if you want to stop for a break or need. Otherwise we will drive drectly to your destination.

Are there any other fees?
No, there are not any other hidden fees. You only pay the quoted price at your arrival in cash. Thats all.

What is included in the price?
Full  Dalaman Airport transfer Insurance, driver, taxes, parking fees, baby seat (if needed). NO HIDDEN CHARGES. NEVER!

Are baby seats available? How much?
Yes, baby seat(s) are available FREE of charge. Just let us know how many you will need before arriving.

What hours do you operate?
We work 24/7. Day and night. There is no price difference for the time of the day for your transfers.

Can I make last-minute reservations?
If you let us know 4 hours ahead of time, we can for sure arrange your transfer to/from Dalaman Airport.

My flight is delayed? What do I do? How do I let you know?
DO NOT WORRY! We have your flight info and we check your flight status online before we dispatch your vehicle. No there is no extra charge for delays.

Can I cancel my Dalaman Airport Transfer reservation? How?

    We were a large party – had booked 2 mini buses and a 7 seater.

    Just wanted to say thank-you – service was brilliant. Drivers were at the aiport to pick us up on time and same for the return journey.
