Reservation and Payment

Reservations made through our website or authorized travel agents are subject to the rules and regulations established by the Turkish Travel Agencies Union and Consumer Protection Laws. These laws comply with the European Union Consumer Rights Legislation.

When booking daily excursions online, no payment is required at the time of booking. However, for bookings of 3 or more tours, we recommend making a small deposit to secure your spot, especially during peak seasons (July, August, and September). Bookings will be confirmed by our travel agents, and payment can be made in cash upon your arrival at your hotel. Prices include VAT.

Please note that while we strive to deliver tickets to your hotel, agreements with all hotels in Marmaris may not be in place. Therefore, you may need to meet our agent in front of your hotel to receive your tickets. Additionally, your hotel may sell excursion tickets at a higher price. Our agents are available to assist you and ensure affordability.

Tour Alterations

While we endeavor to adhere to all tour programs as described on our website, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate alterations. Marmaris Travel Agency reserves the right to modify some or all of the programs without prior notice. You will be notified at least one day before your tour starts if any changes are made.

Refund Policy

In the event of cancellations made by us, such as due to adverse weather conditions, a full refund will be provided.

For cancellations initiated by customers, a full refund is available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the tour date. Medical reasons warranting cancellation also qualify for a full refund. In other emergency cases, a half refund will be issued.

Booking Alterations

Should you wish to change your tour date or switch to an available alternative tour, please notify us at least one day before the original tour date. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, and no additional charges will apply for this service.

Complaints

Should you encounter any issues or concerns during a tour, please feel free to address them with the tour manager or contact us at your convenience. We are dedicated to resolving any matters to your satisfaction.

Unresolved issues will be subject to the laws of the country where the tour is conducted. By booking our services, you agree to abide by the applicable laws of the governing country.
